Being someone who struggles with many ups and downs, I've noticed there are commonalities on what caused situations to go well and what caused things to fail. In an effort to have more ups than downs, I began to practice the behaviors I learned lead to positive outcomes. Now by incorporating these habits into my life, I have been able to achieve more of the results I desire!
